We considered designing the interior vs leaving a blank slate for everyone. Ultimately we couldn't bring ourselves to impose limits on something that was handled with such careful detail to allow it to be truly limitless.
That being said we also knew being charged with the responsibility of not only designing the interior of your Futuro home, but then curating all materials, and finding/managing a construction crew while deciphering local zoning and building requirements - would be enough to make anyone wonder if the stress of creating this dream space would pay off. All reasonable concerns if you ask us, especially when you consider the daily schedule filling the calendar of most consumers.
SO - we decided to solve that problem for you. It didn't take long to identify the things that would make the process easier. Most obvious being someone who could offer customers design plans for the interior of our product. Just like custom home builders we considered establishing an in house design team. But we didn't want to stop there, we wanted to innovate that process and establish a new standard. So that's exactly what we did. It didn't take long to identify the inconveniences customers could still experience even after their dream design plan was complete. One of the most challenging parts of a project is trying to locate & purchase the materials needed to bring a home design to life and in budget. Tasks like buying custom cabinetry, lighting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, and more can easily be a daunting task for anyone outside of this industry. Not to mention the challenge of effectively communicating your design details to a construction when crew once you find one. Last but not least - the task of navigating your local building and zoning department to gain approval for your new space. no
